How do I find the right wetsuit size?
Sizing for wetsuits is based on height and weight. Please refer to our detailed size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a competitive, tight fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you need a different size, our exchange process is fast and easy to ensure you get the perfect fit for your next race.
How should I care for my wetsuit to make it last?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every use, especially after swimming in salt water or chlorine. Hang it to dry in the shade on a wide-shouldered hanger; never leave it in direct sunlight or use a tumble dryer.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental US, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers seams and construction but does not cover normal wear and tear or fingernail tears caused during fitting.
Can I use my triathlon wetsuit for pool training?
While you can, we do not recommend frequent use in chlorinated pools. Chlorine breaks down the neoprene and glue over time. If you must use it in a pool, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water immediately after.
