At XTERRA WETSUITS, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next swim. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your gear within 30 days of purchase provided it is in new, unused condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your wetsuit to avoid creasing and place it in the original packaging along with all tags and documentation.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
